Terms of Service

By using DogeGage Chat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

DogeGage Chat is a real-time, end-to-end encrypted messaging platform run by DogeGage, available on the web and Android, including messaging, groups (Bundles), voice calls, stamps, attachments, polls, streaks, and future features.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old
• You must sign in with a valid DogeGage account
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account

3. Acceptable use

You may not harass, threaten, dox, or stalk people; send illegal, pornographic, or non-consensual content; spam, phish, or spread malware; impersonate users or staff; bypass rate limits or access other users data; or use extra accounts to dodge bans. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without prior notice.

4. Your content

You keep your rights in what you send, and you grant DogeGage a limited license to process it only to operate the service (deliver, store, delete). Messages are end-to-end encrypted, so we store ciphertext and metadata, not readable content. Only share things you have the right to share.

5. Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. In short: ciphertext and metadata on the server, profile data we need to run things, attachments gone after 12 hours, messages cleared after 90 days, no data sales, no ads.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part at any time, and we may update these terms — the latest version always applies, and continued use means you accept it.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DogeGage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You can stop anytime and delete your account. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or the law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and disputes go to the courts of Canada.
